At Wanderlust Turquoise, we do our best to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Each listing includes detailed descriptions and photos, so you can shop with confidence. Please reach out via email or Facebook Messenger if you have any questions or would like any other pictures prior to placing your order—we’re happy to help!
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every piece is handcrafted with care and love, and we take great pride in the quality of what we offer.
Artists use real stones, which means some natural variation in color, shape, or pattern may occur. These unique differences are what make each piece one-of-a-kind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing wanderlustturquoise@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. If eligible, we will work quickly to resolve the issue through repair or replacement.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit: • Discounted or sale items • Items purchased with promotional or manual discount codes • Custom or special orders We do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wanderlust Turquoise is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipment. After it leaves my hands its up to the carrier to get your items to you safely. All orders include up to $100 in insurance. For high-value items, I will add extra insurance at my expense.
Incorrect Orders
We carefully check every order before it leaves us. If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at wanderlustturquoise@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
